Espacio Verde Resort Cancellation Policy

SUBJECT: CANCELLATION POLICY 2020

VALIDITY: JANUARY 1, 2020 – present

Standard Booking: Any cancellation of booking shall incur a penalty amounting to 1-night rate of the reserved room type.

Group Booking: Guests booking more than 5 rooms are required to pay 50% of the  total cost of the booking in advance, 30 days before the arrival date to secure the booking. If cancelled, the 50% downpayment shall be forfeited in favor of Espacio Verde Resort and will be deemed as non-refundable amount. We do not accept personal checks.

A fee is chargeable for early check-in from 06:00 AM to 2:00 PM and late check-out from 12:00 NN to 6:00 PM.

A full room rate will be chargeable for check-in earlier than 6:00 AM or check out after 6:00 PM.

Room not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.

For Peak Season, all reservation payments are non-refundable.

All downpayments for promos or discounted rates availed are non-refundable.
